Before the Appointment
Before every service, I take a moment to welcome you and to formally consult with you. I will ask you some personal and lifestyle questions, while I am studying your face shape, hair texture, and how you interact with your hair and listening for specific words you use to describe it. I begin the service only after we both agree and feel on the same page.  I let you know every step I plan to make before I make it. I never assume you know what I'm going to do or what I am expecting of you.

During the Appointment
Throughout the service, we can chit-chat, or you can ask me questions about your hair, I have a passion for education, and I love to teach you how to style your hair, and share with you reasons why you may have struggled in the past with achieving your dream hair. However, if you prefer it to be a more relaxing and quiet appointment, please let me know, just please allow me to discuss with you during consultation and any check points during a haircut.  Every service (other than a dry cut or kids cuts) includes me washing your hair and styling it with a blow dryer. 

After the Appointment
At the end of the service, I will make sure that we cover what I did and how it is achieved and maintained at home. I will happily share any low/non toxic product recommendations for your hair to achieve the look created. I will show you all aspects of your hair and make sure you are happy. I guarantee my results, so if for any reason you aren't satisfied, I will do everything in my power to ensure you are. 
I do not pressure you to take any product home or to rebook your next appointment, but I am happy to make recommendations and prebook you if you prefer that.
