About Emily Kastrati

I began my career at the Aveda Institute, where I built a strong foundation in advanced technical training, deliberately customized consultations, with a natural-minded approach. Having nearly 20 years of experience, my process is rooted in intentional education, transparency, and respect for your overall well-being.
Rather than rushing the process, I create a thoughtful, customized plan for your hair, one that allows you to feel comfortable, confident, and fully yourself without compromise. I love to create bespoke colors and cuts, giving lived-in, soft, and effortless look, to enhance your natural beauty while supporting a low-tox lifestyle with products and processes.
I specialize in offering solutions and clarity, by intuitively anticipating your unvoiced questions and desires. Every decision is made with care — prioritizing techniques, ingredients, and strategies that align with your health and lifestyle.
I understand that choosing a healthier, low-tox lifestyle often grows out of real challenges needing solutions. From navigating sensitivities that showed up after you healed your body from years of exposure to toxins, to ensuring you don't experience the suffering again by choosing the right products for your health. The last thing you want is to undo that progress in the name of beauty. I see you, and I take that seriously.
My goal is transformation that feels aligned, sustainable, and safe.
You don’t have to choose between beauty and well-being. I’m here to walk you through both.
"I realized I needed to change how I was consuming things, if I wanted to truly heal and become healthy..."
My Health Journey
My health journey didn’t start with a crisis. It started with awareness. After years of working long hours and living in hustle-culture, I realized I wasn’t taking care of myself, and if I wanted to be healthy, I needed to change how I was consuming things, if I was going to truly heal. I was busy at work and home, and barely keeping up. I realized I was not building a lifestyle that supported my long-term wellbeing. That realization was simple, but it changed everything. In 2018, I began making small adjustments. I cooked more at home, and became more mindful of what I was consuming. I slowed down enough to notice how my daily choices affected my energy and mood. What began as a few practical shifts, grew into a deeper commitment to living intentionally. Over time, I started asking questions — about food sources, ingredients, habits, and the bigger purpose for my life. In 2020, when the world slowed down, I amplified my learning and discovered a hidden passion. I learned more about local farms, quality sourcing, and the connection between physical health and spiritual health. My desire to have children one day, strengthened my commitment to making better choices. I wanted to ensure the healthiest foundation I could, out of responsibility and love for my future child. I explored all the avenues of health; cleaner products, organic food, movement, rest, therapy, prayer and time with God. At one point I tried to do it all, becoming so strict with all the "right" choices, and making sure to do everything perfectly, and discovered that stress can undermine the very health you’re trying to build. Now I live by an 80/20 rhythm, making intentional choices, but giving room for grace so I can still enjoy my life. My journey hasn’t been about perfection. It’s been about awareness. About choosing better, because I know better. About trusting that growth happens step by step, not all at once. So, at the end of the day, my advice is this: Change doesn’t have to start big. It just has to start. Be easy on yourself. Take it slow. Small, steady shifts can transform your entire life.
